Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to be among the best in the BMW community. We only provide top quality products. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. We understand that errors can be made which may require an item to be returned to us for exchange, refund or store credit. Below is our returns policy/procedure. We reserve the right to charge a handling and restocking fee. 

  • Parts returned for a refund will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and any cost incurred during a promotional purchase, including but not limited to shipping fees.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Returned parts must be in clean, unused, unopened, original condition, and returned to us in the manufacturer’s original sealed packaging.
  • Parts that are used and/or no longer in the manufacturer’s original sealed packaging will be subject to being returned back to the customer.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping on all returns and/or exchanges unless otherwise instructed by Redline Motorsport.
  • We will not accept returns for a refund after 14 days from arrival, only store credits will be issued for parts returned after 14 days. After 30 days from arrival, there are no returns accepted, even for store credit. Items being returned must be returned in the original packaging unopened.
  • Items returned for store credit will not be assessed a restocking fee, however, they are still subject to any additional promotional and/or shipping costs incurred.
  • There are absolutely no returns or refunds on electrical harnesses, DME tuning, special order, software downloads, or used parts. These such items will still be covered by our Lifetime warranty if repairs are necessary.
  • Under no circumstances will Redline Motorsport reimburse or pay for any parts and/or labor charges related to any incorrect, faulty, or defective product.

Please contact us before shipping your item. To complete your return, make sure you include a copy of your invoice with the returned package.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to post back to your account.

We only exchange items if there is a manufacturing defective or if it is damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email. All wiring kits come with a Lifetime guarantee. To take advantage of our Lifetime guarantee for a wiring kit, these will be processed as an exchange. However, we will repair your kit to original condition.
